Refund Policy – Diton

At Diton, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Refunds are available for defective, damaged, wrong, or unsatisfactory products.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused (where applicable), with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is mandatory.
  2. Refund Timeframe
    • Refund requests must be initiated within 7–15 days from the date of delivery (depending on product category; please check product page or contact us).
    • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (bank processing may take additional 3–10 days).
  3. Refund Process
    • Contact us at DITONINDIA@GMAIL.COM or 9321907170 with your order details, reason, and photos (if defective/damaged).
    • We will review and provide instructions for return (if required).
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, net banking). No cash refunds.
    • Shipping/return courier charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item).
  4. Non-Refundable Items
    • Personalized/custom-made products.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Hygiene-related items (if seal broken).
    • Digital downloads/services once delivered/activated.
  5. Exceptions
    • In case of successful return, full/partial refund (excluding shipping) will be processed.
    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if conditions are not met.
