Refund Policy – Diton

At Diton, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy.
- Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available for defective, damaged, wrong, or unsatisfactory products.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused (where applicable), with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is mandatory.
- Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7–15 days from the date of delivery (depending on product category; please check product page or contact us).
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (bank processing may take additional 3–10 days).
- Refund Process

- We will review and provide instructions for return (if required).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, net banking). No cash refunds.
- Shipping/return courier charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item).
- Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Perishable goods.
- Hygiene-related items (if seal broken).
- Digital downloads/services once delivered/activated.
- Exceptions
- In case of successful return, full/partial refund (excluding shipping) will be processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if conditions are not met.
